Martins Industries' Wheel Washer cleans the wheels using only plastic granules and plain water, no chemicals! In no time you will increase productivity, save time and satisfy your customers.

For really dirty wheels, the heater and Martins Industries non-foaming bio-degradable detergent make your wheels look shiny and clean and this with NO EFFORT!

• Two different kinds of plastic granules: Each type of granule has a different density, this allows for better cleaning. First, the hard white granules are made to take off the dirt. Second, the softer blue granules are made to act like a sponge. The granules can be used up to 10 000 washing cycles.

• Closed water system: The wheel washer doesn't need a constant water connection or drainage connection. All you need is a power supply and compressed air. Simply fill in the machine with plain water and reuse the same recycled water for the next 300 washes. The closed water system enables efficient water purification and waste handling.

• Dynamic flush pipe: The flush pipe was specially developed for aluminum rims. It moves along the rim during the wash cycle to ensure an effective, yet careful, cleaning of aluminum rims.

Wheel Washer - Easy to Use, Easy Maintenance

The closed water systems allows the machine to be placed anywhere within a shop. This machine connects to a 230V power outlet and also functions with 150 PSI air pressure to dry the wheels. There are 4 time settings and programs (see control panel of the MWW-650 on your right) for steel or aluminum wheels on the MWW-650, the MWW-450 being ideally suited for steel wheels.

The waste is separated by sedimentation and the granules can be reused. The waste can be removed manually or with a sludge sucker. Since the water is clean, it can be dumped in the drain.

This is the standard wheel washer. Good for every shop, ideal if you clean mostly steel wheels. This model does not have a dynamic flush arm.

MWW-650

The deluxe wheel washer, this is the upgraded version of the MWW-450, it has a dynamic flush arm and mobile lateral supports. This machine is a little bigger than the MWW-450 but can accommodate bigger tires.
